MEET THE FOUNDER

Morgan Harper

I am an experienced HR leader, with expertise in developing and delivering human resources and organizational effectiveness strategy, specialized recruitment and headhunting, and building scalable HR programs for small – medium sized companies.

 

My experience comes from working with ambitious companies ranging from start-ups to family businesses and Fortune 500 organizations, where I have been accountable for recruitment, people development and HR management. High level, my experience has been focused on HR program and policy development, driving culture, coaching of key business leaders and advising on all facets of HR management to inspire best practices.

 

I am proud to hold a Master of Arts degree from McMaster University, where I graduated with a concentration in Labour Studies, and my Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation with the Human Resources Professionals Association. Since launching HARPER Resources in 2014 I have worked with clients in diverse industries including engineering services, technology, merchant services, hospitality, renewable energy and telecommunications to develop approachable HR solutions and provide both strategic and tactical support.
